Returns & Replacements

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or functional issue
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided
  • The product is returned with all original accessories, packaging, and labels intact
  • The item has not been misused, damaged, or altered

Once your return request is approved, please ensure the product is shipped back to us within 7 days.


Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided
  • For damaged or faulty products, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

After the 7-day period, only replacement or warranty/service support will be provided as per the respective brand guidelines.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order

Refund Process

  • A 3% processing fee will be deducted for cancellations/refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account
